It's been a while since I last blogged you all, and that's because I've been busy writing coursework and revising for exams, due to me being "referred" in one of my units. However all is well now; or at least it will be after I've received my results ... and they say I've passed!
I might as well let you know what the results are when I get them, so keep reading.

Firefox 3
I've just downloaded Firefox 3!For those of you that are unaware, Firefox is a web browser. It's used by an estimated 20% of people who surf the Internet around the world.
It's much better than Internet Explorer. Why? Because it displays web pages how the code was written!
If you want it then you can download it for free!

Conservatives to Help Adult Education
I've just heard that the Conservatives will bring back adult education when they get into power.According to this article in the Education Guardian, written by John Hayes MP (the Conservative Shadow Minister for Vocational Education), the Tories will reverse the decline of adult learning as a "priority of the next Conservative government".
He goes on to say;
The number of young people who leave school only to find themselves not in education, employment or training has risen by nearly a quarter since 1997. The current emphasis on full-time accredited courses is partly responsible as there is often no approachable route back into education and training. FE colleges and other providers are best placed to develop programmes that feed social mobility, by enhancing young peoples' confidence and employability, and that's why we will provide an additional £100m of targeted support every year to enable them to do so.
Similar problems exist where graduates find their degrees next to useless because they become out of date, or that section of the job market is saturated with potential candidates and they can't get a job. The question is will the Tories reintroduce funding for ELQs (Equivalent or Lower level Qualifications), so that people can access funding to retrain in an area where there are more job prospects?
Maybe John can tell us, but more likely that would be David Willetts MP, Shadow Secretary of State for Innovation, Universities and Skills. Write to them if you're effected by the funding cuts for ELQs.
